Letter of complain, by Federico Rocha

I'm writing this letter because I'm really disappointed with the service of your company, last week I traveled to America by you airline, unfortunately, because of your terrible disorder, my bags did never arrive to they final destiny so I waste my time because I had to return to Bogotá in order to recover them so that I could return to America. I hope you to recognize your mistake and to help me with the consequences you cause me, because I have not recover all my bags yet.
