Dear Sir,

I recently went to your restaurant because this restaurant has a very good reputation and it has been recommended to me many times but I’m writing to you in order to complain about bad behavior for part of the employees.

This day, first I had to wait much time so that the waiter assist on me, as soon as, he did, I told him to recommend a dish to me. Later I wanted to speak with you and to the same time arrived others waiters so I asked them where the manager’s restaurant was and neither of them wanted to give me an answer.

Finally I have decided to send you this letter in order to solve this problem besides; I think that if you changed this, you would have one of the best restaurants of Bogota.
