Dear Madam

Im writing this letter because the last vacation my mafily went your hotel, so that the fame of this hotel is esplendid but we had many problems so I want to tell about this problems.

The receptionist had was speakin with a friend in the door when my family arrived to the hotel and this was´t the problem, the problems was my family had to hope one hour the women. Then my mom going to have a bath and the bathroom hadn´t water. The second day all were perfect but the third day my brother callled to the serviceroom at 9 am and he serviceroom never arrived and my family couldn´t ate so we went to other restaurant equal thanks for all.

I hope this situation changes so that I can use your service with my family and my friends because your hotel is wonderful.
